Q: When Will My Order Ship?

A: Your order will ship out 2 weeks from the day you order. (I do try to ship earlier but the maximum time is 2 weeks) ***Please note this does NOT include the shipping time.

Q:Can I Combine Separate Orders?

A: I am unable to combine orders. If you place two separate orders, they will be processed and shipped separately. 

Q: Do You Ship Internationally?

A: YES! If your place of delivery does not appear, please email me through the "Contact Us" page 

Q: Do You Accept Custom Orders?

A: I am unable to take Custom Orders due to the amount of orders I receive. Thank you so much for understanding.

Q: Do You Offer Children's Sizing?

A: I do not offer children's sizing. I only carry adult unisex sizes.

Q: Will I Be Notified When My Order Ships?

A: Yes! You will receive an email notification or text (based on the option you select) when your order is shipped. Notifications will provide tracking info.

Q: How Does My Order Ship?

A: All orders ship through USPS either First Class or Priority depending on the weight of the package. Once the package is with USPS, I have no control on how long the delivery will take.

Q: How Do Your Shirts/Sweatshirts Fit?

A: Shirts and Sweatshirts have a UNISEX fit; therefore, they will NOT be fitted. Each listing has a size guide to reference before purchasing. 

Q: Can I Return/Exchange My Order?

A: I DO NOT accept returns or exchanges due to everything being purchased and stitched to order. Because of this policy, please review the size guide thoroughly and send a message on the "Contact Us" page if you have any questions before ordering.

However, if you receive an item with a problem please email me through the "Contact Us" page so I can resolve the issue.

Q: Can I Cancel My Order?

A: All orders are processed immediately and therefore orders CANNOT be canceled once placed.


Q: What Do I Do If My Order Does Not Arrive?

A: All orders contain tracking information. Please use that information to follow up with your local USPS. Each order has insurance on it. Once the package leaves my hands, it is out of my control.
